Riva Surya Bangkok Hotel

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well looked after by the attentive and welcoming staff. The hotel's location is excellent, close to major attractions and easily accessible by boat. The saltwater pool and comfortable beds were highlights of my stay.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

The staff were great, making me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the river from the private balcony. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was never overcrowded. The location was perfect, with major attractions and national landmarks within easy walking distance. Being so close to the water taxi made exploring the city convenient. And I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Can't fault the hotel in any way. It was a fantastic stay.

We liked sitting in the restaurant for dinner. The bed seemed exceptionally comfortable and it was fairly clean all around.

Fairly clean and authentic accom with prime location next to the river and a ferry stop and the near bars with live music.

The pool area by the river was really lovely, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The service and customer care were excellent, with the staff being helpful and attentive.

The prices for drinks at the bar were expensive unless purchased during happy hour. the mini bar prices were quite high compared to other places we stayed.

i have stayed here before, its still a relaxing hotel. it was clean, and i enjoyed very good rooms and food.

Food is outstanding at this property and staff is super. Huge and luxurious units with great views. Pleasant restaurant and top-notch service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is right on the river and offers stunning views. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of major tourist sights and also provides easy access to water taxis. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making us feel at home. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool.

The gym at the hotel was quite small and limited in terms of equipment.

Great location near Khaosan Road and by the river, allowing for convenient travel by boat. Spacious and clean room with a comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing pool overlooking the river.

We loved staying at this place for our visit. The location was amazing, right on the river with fantastic views and just a short walk from great restaurants and bars. The service was excellent, from the friendly staff who greeted us with a welcome drink to the helpful receptionist who assisted us with our tours. The room was furnished with everything we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. Additionally, the dining restaurant had a delicious buffet breakfast and the leisure spa & wellness center was perfect for unwinding with a full body massage or relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool.

Lovely spacious luxurious rooms, great bathroom, helpful and friendly staff, lovely pool area, beautiful outlook over river.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel by the river with great views. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast included a variety of options. I also enjoyed easy access to the river taxi for convenient transportation. I highly recommend this hotel.
